Information we collect

When you create an account, save listings, set alerts, or contact an agent, we store your name, email address, and related preferences in our database.

How we use your data

We use your information to operate the service, send search alert emails you subscribe to, deliver tour-request messages to agents, and reset your password when requested.

Email communications

You can disable alert emails in your account settings. Transactional emails (such as password resets) may still be sent when necessary.

Data retention

Saved listings and alerts remain until you remove them or delete your account. Inactive alert subscriptions are marked inactive when you unsubscribe.
